Kanye West Returns to Twitter Following Antisemitic Remakrs

Kanye West ended his more than two-week silence on the social media platform Twitter by making his first comments after the rapper posted a number of antisemitic remarks which escalated into threatening and hateful comments about Jewish people.

This marks yet another controversial person to return to Twitter following the acquisition by Elon Musk, who also reinstated the account of former President Donald Trump after posting a poll on his profile to help decide what to do.

Musk said in late October that he was not behind West’s (who goes by Ye) account being restored.

During his hiatus from Twitter, Ye agreed to buy the conservative social media platform Parler.
