Netflix Employee Salary Data Released

If you’re wondering how much employees make at content streaming platform Netflix, there is a new salary data report that has been released showing just how things flowed during a year where Netflix pushed further into the sectors of gaming and saw layoffs as well.

Netflix offered certain staffers between October 2020 and September 2022 base salaries ranging from $40 per hour to $800,000 per year for a variety of different roles, according to the data provided by Business Insider.

That data was released by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Foreign Labor Certification and demonstrated how much Netflix offered to pay employees who it wanted to hire in the US through work visas. It includes base salaries only, not forms of compensation such as stock options or cash bonuses.

There is a bigger breakdown and data related to salaries for jobs including product and engineering; content and marketing; and finance, legal, and administrative roles, available courtesy of Business Insider’s official website (paywall).
