Trainwreck Donates $5K to Perma-Banned Twitch Streamer Following Move to Kick

A permanently banned streamer on Twitch was gifted with $5,000 from Kick star streamer Trainwreck after the streamer, DerekGraz, joined a number of streamers who have jumped from the Amazon gaming stream platform over to the Kick platform.

“2 years ago I was banned on Twitch with no reasoning, no timing, nothing. My account was just gone,” DerekGraz wrote in a post celebrating what happened that was shared on X (formerly Twitter). “I felt hopeless and so depressed for months. My life went from the highest point crashing to the straight bottom. the feeling can not be described how sh**ty I felt…”

“I don’t think @KickStreaming realizes how many people they pulled out of depression and gave them hope to be a successful creator and chase their dreams.”

Kick has grown based off their approach to appeal to disgruntled streamers on the Twitch platform and this is another example of their approach to not only bring over former Twitch streamers but to keep them on Kick.
