It seemed bound to happen. The Rangers won game four.
As much as some may hate the Rangers, it seemed crazy to believe they wouldn’t win one game in the finals.
To tell you the truth, I didn’t want a sweep. While I’m cheering for the Kings, it just wouldn’t feel right to me. Both the Rangers and the Kings have played phenomenal this season and I want a good match-up. I like nail-biters.
Speaking of nail-biters, game four was pretty intense in the last minute or so.
It seemed the puck just dangled at the goal line twice before the Rangers’ defensemen hit it out. The odds were in the Rangers’ favor Wednesday night.

While the Rangers won, Dustin Brown had a beauty of a goal when he capitalized on a turnover. Still not over how nice that was.
In my opinion, I can’t imagine the Kings not becoming the Stanley Cup Champions. Jonathan Quick should definitely win the Conn Smythe trophy. You heard it here! Alright, Justin Williams has a good case for it too, but I’m still going with Quick as he dominates the NHL news and rumors headlines..
To be honest, I wasn’t really into the finals because I didn’t really care for either of the teams. Well, I actually dislike one of them so it was a little subpar for me until I began watching them. Now, I’m ashamed to admit I wasn’t looking forward to them.
These finals have been pretty awesome. I have found myself screaming at the TV every game. It really doesn’t matter if you don’t like the teams, what matters is that it’s an awesome series. And it is.
Throughout the series Twitter has been filled with trash talking from both fans, but what would you expect from rivals? As long as it doesn’t turn personal, go for it. Since I was little, I’ve always believed having a rivalry is great for sports. Sports need passionate fans. I’m one of those people who loves to debate about my teams, whether it’s what they excel at or what their weaknesses are.
